SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC STRENGTH MATRIX: PERFORMANCE PACKAGE CONCIERGE COACHING PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DURATION:
This is a 12-week coaching program priced at $1,499 USD. The 12-week coaching period begins on the Monday following your successful payment and ends 12-weeks later.
SCOPE OF WORK:
The following is included in your purchase of the STRENGTH MATRIX: PERFORMANCE PACKAGE concierge coaching service:
- 12-Week personalized strength & conditioning training program
- Blood panel from Marek Health
- 45-minute consultation with a professional health coach from Marek Health
- 12-Week customized performance nutrition plan
- Competition analysis
- 30-minute coaching calls with Joshua Settlage every 4 weeks
- Access to ALL Strength Matrix content & features
PAYMENT POLICY:
The payment of $1,499 USD must be made before any work from Joshua Settlage & SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC can begin.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Once you have made a successful on boarding payment of $1,499 USD to Joshua Settlage of SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC, you have 24 hours to cancel your contract with Joshua Settlage and remain eligible for a full refund.
PERFORMANCE ENHANCING DRUGS / SUBSTANCES:
Most submission grappling competitions are NON-TESTED and have no rules or regulations against the use of steroids, horomones, peptides, SARM’s or any other performance enhancing substance.
Joshua Settlage and SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC are not against the use of performance enhancing substances as long as it falls within the rules of the competition.
Other organizations, such as the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBJJF), have very clear rules and regulations AGAINST the use of performance enhancing substances for competition and abide by the “World Anti-Doping Code” and the “World Anti-Doping Association Prohibited Substance List”.
Joshua Settlage & ALL representatives of SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC, believe in fair competition, and strive to uphold honor, honesty, and integrity to train & compete within the rules of the organization that is administering the competition.
By signing up for the STRENGTH MATRIX: PERFORMANCE PACKAGE concierge coaching program, you are agreeing to the standard of fair competition upheld by Joshua Settlage and all representatives of SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC.
Joshua Settlage & all representatives of SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC will NOT aide any athlete to prepare for a WADA organized competition while the athlete is actively taking substances from the WADA Prohibited Substances List.

During your active contract of the STRENGTH MATRIX: PERFORMANCE PACKAGE program, if you decide to take performance enhancing substances and compete in an organization that clearly prohibits the use of performance enhancing substances, and/or is part of the World Anti-Doping Association, YOUR CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED WITH NO ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
ALWAYS consult your doctor or physician before starting any strenuous exercise program, or new nutritional coaching protocol. SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC is not responsible for any self sustained injuries during exercise, reactions to previously unknown allergies, abnormal weight loss, or weight gain. By purchasing training sessions, nutritional coaching cycles, subscriptions to SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC ONLINE series, personalized training programs, and/or any other health, strength, and conditioning consulting services with Joshua Settlage of SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC you are acknowledging awareness of the potential risks of strength & conditioning training, nutritional protocol adherence, stressors, and are responsible for any/all self induced injuries including but not limited to slips, falls, abrasions, trips, scrapes, bruises, abnormal weight loss, weight gain, reactions to previously unknown allergies, and foodborne illnesses, at the SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC facility of operations, or as being part of remote coaching. SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC is a company that is centered around helping clients reach their goals, and in the event that the client’s goals are unrealistic, too dangerous, or not possible by Joshua Settlage of SETTLAGE STRENGTH LLC, your program will reflect the best and safest route to meet your goals.
